• Abbey was TERRIFIC, but I had trouble with the shower getting too hot or too cold and the conditioner pump was broken.

• I chose 9 because the customer service was outstanding, the girl who helped us was very very helpful and answered all of our questions. She was very gracious. I found it difficult to totally relax in my float but I can see how it would help people who are able to. The amenities were awesome and everything was very clean.

• It great that the spa provide free floats for vets. Also the customer service from the young lady at the front was A1. The tea, hands down the best I've had in a long time. Yes, yes I would recommend!
