• This was a very unique experience, that to begin with, I was sure I wouldn’t be able to complete! A whole hour in this pod seemed daunting to me...but the time went by much quicker than expected! My skin and joints felt great afterwards! I could move easy and felt so limber - it was amazing! The best part was the incredible nights sleep I had! My session was at 8:30 at night so I went home and pretty much crashed....didn’t move all night! Woke up in the same position I fell asleep in... most impressively- I woke up feeling refreshed and alert and it was easy to focus with clarity the next day! I will definitely do this again!!!
