  • I totally engaged in counting my breaths and relaxed. The halo (neck pad) gave me comfort and thee added support of completely relaxing my neck and shoulders. The overall experience and atmosphere of the entire spa was like none I have experienced before. I felt at home and comfortable in my room and pod. Definitely would do again.
