• This was my third and final float from a Groupon Coupon. I think the more you experience the relaxation of a float, the easier it is to receive the therapeutic value. I enjoyed my first 2 experiences and was looking forward to my third. I was assigned to room 7 and according to the attendant at the front dusk there was what she called a "malfunction" as the filter motor turned on during my float. I was surprised and thought WOW my hour session sure went fast . . . REALLY FAST! Then I thought that maybe the motor turned on prematurely as no light had turned on. I exited the pod and checked my phone for the time. I had only been in the pod for approximately 15 minutes. Not wishing to get dressed and go to the front desk I looked up the phone number and called. The attendant who I spoke with was very apologetic and offered to reset my float time for another hour. I had an appointment I needed to keep and asked for just 45 minutes. After the disruption I found it more difficult to get into a total relaxation for the remainder of the float. I will still recommend True Rest Float Spa to my friends even with my last experience. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience. Paul Roth
