• My experience at the True Rest Float Spa was wonderful. The staff were nice and very informative. It was my first float, so I didn't know what to expect . I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I was able to get full relaxation and am excited about coming back to float again!!!

• True rest in Omaha is definitely the place to go to rest your mind and clear your emotions and negative thoughts! Just an hour of floating you fill your body not only begin detoxifying but healing from the inside out you definitely have to try this if you haven't already.
