• The best experience I have had, EVER. It is so relaxing. Although I will admit the salt got on my clothes and hardened but, it came right out. I would definitely recommend a friend. In fact, it felt so good, I got a membership the first day I went there. They even have an oxygen bar. I don’t have a sense of smell but I am told that it smells really good. Apparently they also have benefits, depending on which you try and it is free for your first time. And the staff there are so friendly and nice. If you need help they will help, at least to the best of their abilities. Overall, this is a great way to relax and drift to sleep, pun intended.

• I love going to TrueRest to reset my mind and body. It's a chance to allow my mind to be totally blank and I leave ready to take on new challenges. My bodyleaves feeling renewed and any pains I had coming in have diminished.
