• I made an appointment with Vanda not knowing what to expect. What I got was the BEST waxing experience I've ever had!! She was so nice and friendly and overall made me feel so comfortable. And the waxing did not even hurt! I will never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done!

• I went to get 2 different wax services, and from the moment I walked through the door I was received with a warm welcome from the front desk staff. I didn't have to wait long before I was called in. Nay was my technician, and when I say she gave me the best costumer care, I am not exaggerating. I have always been treated great and have always have competent professionals providing the services I need, but with all due respect, Nay exceeded all my expectations. She was very professional, did not speak too much, nor did she speak too little (for my taste). It was like she knew when to speak, and what to say. Also, the techniques used by her on my skin (with wax), were so good I was able to feel relaxed (the remaining time) after she began the process. One thing I absolutely appreciated is that she didn't have anything negative to say about the people she works with, or the products used at the facility. She also did not insist I take her number nor insisted to make sure I learned her name, giving me the impression she did care about me as a costumer rather than being there for money. I LOVED IT!
