• Shanna was absolutely amazing and able to multitask between all clients in a way that everyone felt like they were getting individualized attention. However, when I came in for my appointment at 4:30 - there was a security incident where someone came into the building and wouldn't leave. I believe it's a risk to have only one employee on the premises at any time. I did not feel safe knowing that only one person would be expected to resolve an incident in case anything happened.
