• The entire process was easy and I felt comfortable with the decision I made. The aftercare process was explained well. The only thing I would improve is letting me know once I make the appointment what I should do to prepare. I was told two hours before my appointment that I should not brush my teeth two hours before via text. I feel like this information should be known as soon as I booked the appointment. Also the 10-minute policy should also have been told to me once I made the appointment. Other than that the actual experience was great.
