Carla is very professional and did a great job! She is very welcoming. I would mention however, when I arrived early, which was prior to Carla's arrival, no one greeted me when I walked in the door and there were 3 stylist in the facility at the time. I had to be the first to speak and inquire, which I didn't think was very professional or good customer service for a business. I noticed Carla stating welcome to Natural Strands as people entered the door, once she was there. I think this can be passed on to the other stylists as well. Thanks.
