• Jennifer was a 10. The older lady behind the desk would get about a 3. She was negative energy 95% of the time. She was pushy and overbearing with her opinion with my foundation color. She was pushy with demanding Jennifer use it on me. Well.....we tried it and neither Jennifer or I liked it. This lady came over after hearing we didn't choose her shade and SUGGESTED I GET UP AND WALK OVER TO THE WINDOW so I could see it better. I said again that I liked Jennifer's suggestion better. She walked away and said,"Maybe I need to mind my own business." SHE SHOULD!!!!! Jennifer was awesome-friendly, accommodating, pleasant, listened to me and my thoughts......this lady did not have the same customer service mindset at all😕
