• My son was a victim of a hit and run accident which propelled him into a cactus bed. We spent the night at Rady's Children’s Hospital on Friday. Upon discharge it was recommended that wax would help remove all the remaining cactus needles that were covering his entire back and causing an enormous amount of pain and discomfort. I called Natura Spa in La Mesa the following morning and they were booked solid on Saturday but they helped me find an opening in their Solana Beach location. The staff there was incredibly helpful, gracious and brave. This was not their typical wax job but they stepped up to the task with focus and an overwhelming amount of humanity and compassion. I am forever grateful. My son is able to lie on his back and sit with his back against a chair now. He is a lot more comfortable and well on his way to recovery. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
