• The esthetician was well informed, knowledgeable on products used, explained aftercare and promoted after care product. Why and how it would benefit me. she was professional, seemed to enjoy her work. She made the experience a good one. Front desk was another question. I didn't feel so welcome with her. She lacks passion and enthusiasm. Maybe she was having a bad day. The esthetician saved the day..

• The young lady that conducted my servies was UH-MAZING! I was super nervous and she made me feel calm and even relieved some of the pain while waxing. Her name was either Keirra or Naomi but I cannot remember right now. I've already sent friends here. I will be back in a few weeks!
