• I've always had great experiences using Natura for my waxing. They use a sugaring technique that no other spa uses and it makes the process much more comfortable. Since I've been a client at Natura, I've noticed that when my hair does grow back, it is less thick and much softer now. I also use all of their products and that makes a huge difference as well.

• Staff and Delia are wonderful. I have very sensitive skin, so the wax was a bit too irritating for my skin. I don’t think I will be back, but I still wanted to give 10 stars because the customer service was excellent. I like that Delia took her time waxing and tried to make the experience as pain free as possible. I’ve not had this experience at other places in the past. I would definitely recommend to others!
