• Both times I went there I went coz of a promotion from Instagram. A combo of hair cut and hair treatment that was priced as a very good deal but at the reception when I was about to pay the person charged me full price. I explained that when I booked that wasn't the deal and they made the price of the advertising but it's the second time that happens and isn't nice to be asking for the promotional price that you had given before. You should make your receptionists aware of the promotions you make.
