• Claudia was fantastic and made me feel comfortable for my first laser session, my last blow out with Jordi was made short notice and was beautifully done, and even with past scheduling and blonde gone wrong mishaps, the staff has been gracious and helpful. Thiago did an amazing job on my most recent hair color and Flavio made me feel very welcomed while we tried to work out a scheduling mishap.
