• The service was great and the salon is amazing! I docked one point because the journey to the basement where the appointment took place was a little scary. I feel down the stairs a few years ago and I didn't feel secure holding the thin glass while moving down the stairs. Just wish there was a proper rail for safety! Other than that a 10 star experience!
