Recently moving to Napa I was on the search for the right group fitness classes for me. I enjoy a smaller group size with different types of classes to switch it up during the week. After my first class at Napa Hot Yoga I knew this was the place! The hot room really helps get your sweat on while targeting ever single muscle in your body.
