I did my first Bikram class and the instructor helped me through the class. I didn't know what I was doing and she kept giving me tips. At the end she told me more about yoga. I will for sure be back.

Only feedback is the classes have not been hot as of lately but all the instructors are F* amazing! I do appreciate that Mara comes in early, steams the floor and makes it nice and extra toasty for us. Mia's energy is amazing. I feel like I'm at the club with the lights and music. It's so much fun! No better way to end the night with a mindful meditation with Carolina.
