The instructor welcomed me at the door, gave me great coaching about what to do to avoid overheating and what to do If I started to get overheated. She also did a class acknowledgment at the end that I was a first timer (even though it was my second class but I had to leave a class abruptly a day earlier due to getting nauseous) Which I'm usually not that into but it felt really good. She was just the right amount of encouraging.
