ME's classes always come with incredible, high-quality energy. Her classes are truly IHP, and you are left feeling WAY better than you arrived. I took Megan's "IHP" class, and it differed from how an IHP class should be structured. Although thoroughly enjoyed the class and Megan's energy, it was more like a semi-timed HIIT/Full Body Class. I would suggest naming it something else. 😊
