My wife and I took your Yoga 101 workshop. As being complete newbies to yoga, it was a great experience. We both felt welcome and encouraged to ask any questions or concerns about the class and the practice of yoga. We both left feeling relaxed, and having some basic knowledge that would encourage us to come back and not feel completely lost. Overall a very good experience and we both plan to look into future classes, and look to include our son too.
