Michele is an amazing teacher and person that makes everyone in the room feel comfortable in their bodies. Michele helps us to not take life/yoga to seriously and in that she helps us get out of our minds while we're on our mats.

Loved the class,the teacher and the whole experience. I've been doing nye with your studio for years. Wish you were closer to my home. The only negative...the cold floor but that was easily fixed with plenty of blankets
