Super great atmosphere. Clean, upbeat, friendly yoga studio. Owner and instructors make an effort to know your name. All the extra decorations and amenities around the studio add to a great yoga experience. Instructors are well educated in the practice of yoga. They know the body and ease you into poses. You leave feeling empowered and have a distinct feeling of, "I'll be back."
