Within minutes of entering Namaste I knew I was in a warm, authentic, welcoming studio. The owners greeting was happy, genuine - she insisted on comping my class when learned I was with my daughter who practices there.

I think it's a great and supportive community and the teachers are always so kind and understanding. I like how the teacher last night said drink as much water as you need and take care of yourself.

The studio is beautiful hot and nice new humidifiers . The teacher worked us at a strong but good pace. I'm not a fan of music w words but other stuff made up for that.
