Still the best facials I've ever had. Rian has been my esthetician since 2014. She is always friendly, informative, and punctual. The atmosphere is extremely peaceful and the location is easy to access.

Rian is great. Nice conversation, light humor and very thorough and knowledgeable of the process. Rian kept me informed the entire procedure and ensured I was comfortable. I definitely recommend making this a stop on your Houston list.

I enjoyed my very much needed Gentlemen's facial with Rian. Rian was very informative on what I would need to do to ensure my face stay acne and ingrown hair free. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a great mens facial.

I am highly disgusted, disappointed, and disheartened by this establishment. I've lived in Houston on two occasions and I've been a loyal customer both times. Last Saturday I purchased $140 (4 items) in facial products and decided to return 3 of the items simply because my skin is sensitive and I didn't want to risk applying the products. The receptionist told me opened products could not be returned. Clear right?! Exactly one week later I returned to the establishment to return the unopened products and the owner told me sorry she provided you with that information but products are non refundable. The owner, Rian proceeds to tell me the product return policy is on her website and the product company website. Unfortunately, the policy is not on the receipt, the one I didn't receive and had to login on the Vagaro app she uses to show her my purchase order history , it's not posted anywhere in her establishment, on the app, or website. I'm sure she will now go and make those changes. After stating all this to the owner and she could not physically show me the policy she repeatedly told me she couldn't return it, especially because I purchased the products a week ago. What does that have to do with it? I presume the products expire after a week, not sure the relevance. Nonetheless, the owner refused to allow me to return 3 of the products yet questioned why don't I trust using them. Clearly poor customer service. Clearly a lack of interest in maintaining a customer:client. As an owner, telling a customer you can't return something is absurd, because it's a policy, the one you developed that doesn't exist. The reality of it is, the owner cared less about a loyal customer and refused to return unopened products purchased 7 days ago based off a non existent, visible policy. Moreover, the fact your receptionist provided inaccurate information and failed to document the conversation in its entirety. What a disservice to essentially providing service. Please note the photos. The owner repeatedly stated to me the policy is listed on the website and the FAQs. If I'm purchasing products in your establishment you expect customers to go to the website? If so, y that, but an organized business would have the policy in multiple locations- app, website, in establishment and on the receipt.

First off, Rian (the owner) with the facial powers is incredibly sweet, talented and professional. As I walked into the establishment a calm feeling came to me, I don't know if it was the floating warm music playing or the colors in the room (a feel of relaxation). After months of holding on to my christmas gift from my dearest SIL, I decided to get a facial it was called the "Signature Facial". It was a very good experience meaning pain free (lol).

Rian is not only VERY knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and technique, she is CARING! You are going to be treated with respect and receiving skin care from one of The greatest of all time.

You will walk out of your session feeling fabulous! If you are looking for a place that will honor your time, provide you with services well worth your hard earned dollar and relationships that really mean something... Naked SkinCare & Waxing is your place.

I tried to book the model service as a walk in. I called to make sure they were still doing it before I came in. I spoke with Karen and she said the model service was still available. I paid for a car to treat myself to my self care day, and when I get to the location Rian, the owner, said they were no longer honoring the model service price. I would not do business with this establishment because they are not on the same page and seems money hungry instead of treating their customers with good service

One Word....AMAZING!!! I booked an appointment with Kyla and let me just say my skin is just simply glowing! Great customer service all the way around and a relaxing vibe as soon as you walk in the door!

I'm almost mad at myself because I just started getting facials about 2yrs ago please invest in your skin with this place because it is worth the time & the money. I always see Rian but all the ladies in here are bomb! It's a monthly thing for me now - this place has done wonders for my face

By far the best place I've been to for my skincare and waxing needs. Rian has made this environment so friendly and welcoming. This is the only place I recommend when people ask, especially for waxing. I have a very low pain tolerance but I can talk and laugh right through the entire process.
