The class was challenging physically- lots of options offered to customize the practice. Clear and concise instruction. Positive feedback and overall "vibe" that promotes mental centering and peace within.
Instructors and staff are very friendly and give lots of options for modifications to poses. The variety of classes is really nice. Class sizes are not too big the majority of the time. I felt accepted at the studio right away. Everyone was so nice.
Friendly instructors and clean and airy studio, one of my favorites in the area!
The studio has knowledgeable teachers and it is a judge free zone. It’s all about yoga.
