• I love Nails Plus staff member Kim. She is not only a a highly competent nail technician, her customer service is consistently excellent. She listens to my requests for extra care with my hang nails and collaborates with me on my requests for unusual artwork on my nails. She takes my ideas to the next level with her own recommendations and never ceases to surprise and delight me with every visit.
