• Heaven was great!! She was very nice and thorough and thoughtful. I gave it a 9 bc it seemed there was a little disorganization on the polish. Saw a couple of technicians going around asking for specific colors. Didn't feel like a team environment. Some technicians seem to be on edge and a rolled their eyes on disapproval to other technicians comments or actions.
