• My technicians were so awesome, silly, funny, cute and made me laugh. The services themselves were done so well, I'm very happy with my results and the way they communicated about shape and color. However I arrived 10 minutes early and it seemed that lack of communication to from front desk to the technicians had me waiting 22 minutes after my appointment time plus the time I was there early, which made me very anxious and I considered walking out. Glad I stayed though and I'll be coming back, but I will be double checking that my technician is or isn't still with another client.
