• Jen is awesome! I had my first mystery mani with her this week and she killed it! I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails, and she gets me! I always leave happy and excited to show off my nails. I've also visited with Emily when Jen was booked, and she is just as amazing and super sweet! Looking forward to my next visit at DBL.

• Kimi has been so patient and understanding while doing my lip injections, even though I have a fear of needles and am new to the world or fillers. Every time I leave, I feel like a million bucks. She's always honest and upfront about the results I'm expecting to receive and the recovery. The pricing is fair compared to the surrounding market. But the customer service that they offer is by far greater than most competitors. They promptly and accurately respond to social media messages, unlike the other local esthetic offices. I've had some really poor experiences just reaching out to the other offices trying to get information regarding their products and services. DBL has it together in regard to their customer service and appointment setting, as well as their actual product and services. I have been and will continue to recommend DBL to friends.

• I first went to DBL to get my hair cut after my sister recommended it. I immediately fell in love with the environment and how friendly the entire staff was. I’ve been going to DBL for a little over a year now for everything from my hair, nails, and recently my eyebrows. I’ve had my hair done by three different stylists and have loved all of them. Emily is my go to girl for my nails and I’ve never left disappointed. And Karri did an absolutely amazing job with my eyebrows. I truly feel like you build relationships with the staff and are never treated as though you are just a client. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for all of my beauty needs!

• My appointment was with Cassi to get my eyebrows micro-bladed. I came into the shop extremely nervous and not sure of my decision. I couldn't have been more pleased. Cassi was absolutely adorable,sweet and if she hadn't told me she was still training I would have thought she had been micro-blading for years. I will recommend Cassi to all of my friends!

• I have been going to DBL for over a year now and I can't recommend this place enough- this review is honestly way overdue for me. I have a date with Emily every two weeks for nails, but now I've started getting my hair done with Sammi, too, and I've been just as happy with my hair appointments there as I am with my nails. Emily is so talented! I look forward to my appointments for SO many reasons. Every single one of the employees makes it a special experience every time. All of the girls, not just Emily, they remember my name and stuff going on in my life- so it's not just getting my nails done, I feel like I get to hang out with the girls every other week. They are genuine and welcoming and FUN! In over a year I've never had a broken nail, a smudge, chips, NOTHING. Flawless nails, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. You absolutely get what you pay for, this place is worth every penny. Top notch all the way around- customer service AND salon services. They will have to kick me out of there to get rid of me at this point :) Thanks, ladies!!!

• Kimi was amazing!! She is kind, courteous, professional and SO GENTLE on your skin! She explained everything that she was doing, what would happen and how the Botox works and when I would see results. She is top notch! The spa itself is gorgeous and decorated perfectly! I love DBL and can't wait to go back !
