• I follow DBL on IG and finally decided to make the hike out to Bridgeville (can’t wait for the downtown location to open). Emily did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. She’s so creative and very skilled, the lines on my nails are razor sharp. This is the best gel mani I’ve had in Pittsburgh and the art is so unique. I will say, I was intimidated when I rolled in from work with greasy hair and no make-up and realized everyone in the shop is flawless. But I didn’t get that weird gossipy salon vibe. Everyone was friendly, polite and you could tell there was an air of positivity amongst all of the women, this is so refreshing. DBL is truly a gem.

• I had an appointment with Lauren to get lip filler. I was super nervous but she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She clearly has a great professional background with tons of knowledge, explaining everything that was going on to me step by step. She really listened to how I wanted my lips to look, and I felt more than comfortable putting my face in her hands. I had no bruising (I’m shook about this) the swelling was minimal, and I barely felt a thing!! My lips are perfect and I’m already thinking about a second syringe!!!
