• Genevieve is a gem! She is one of the nicest people, I've ever come across. She was easy to talk to and so knowledgeable. I've never been happier with the process of getting my hair done, start to finish. Gen listened carefully to what I wanted, she repeated to me what she thought I was asking for, and then got me a price quote for the service. She explained every step as she was doing it, all while chatting with me to get to know me. She took her time with every step-- you can tell she's a master of her craft. The color was better than the picture I showed her- it's like she knew what I was envisioning in my head,-- and my cut was perfect! I don't always leave a haircut loving how my hair was styled-- but she nailed that, too! The waves were what I wish I could do everyday to my hair! She recommended great tools and products to use. And while I'm not always a social butterfly when it comes to talking while getting a service done, Gen made my entire experience so enjoyable! I couldn't recommend Gen or Dallas Beauty Lounge enough!
