• I loved the service and my skin looks and feels great! My only negative would be that I don't feel this provided a "spa-like" environment that I am used to when getting a facial. No shoulder/neck massage while the products were on my skin and no relaxing music and the lights were super bright (which I understand for a dermaplane but maybe not for the initial cleansing).
