• The salon is lovely and the technician is very nice and capable. I gave it a 9 only because it took 1.5 hours. Sometimes it is hard to squeeze in even an hour to get my nails done. Julianna is new and very skilled. She needs to just work a bit on her speed.

• Madi made my shape, length, and thickness of gel perfect. She checked in with me throughout to make sure we were on the same page, in between banter. Offered to add chrome to enhance my pink color.
