Because I wait up to 20 minutes most of the time for my appointment to start. The app doesn't work, and your atm machine is out of order but only take cash or Venmo, your receptionists aren't efficient there is always a wait to pay, and the other nail techs interrupt the receptionist while she is helping me check out further delaying process. Techs should never interrupt and distract another employee when they're helping a customer. The polish selection is dirty and not kept up the salon doesn't seem to use any of the polishes sitting there there are broken sample nails all over I can't see what's possible because your display is outdated and a mess. Your Instagram is awesome, so why not display your capabilities and selection better?
