NaNa customer service was above and beyond! My mother is in a wheel chair and can’t get into the high chair to get her nails done. Nana didn’t make her feel bad or uncomfortable and told her she will stand and do her nails for her, while she sat in the pedicure chair. She was extremely patient with her and very understanding. You don’t find that type of compassion or customer service in many places. We were very thankful for her and her work is amazing.
