• Mystic Flow is a beautifully designed center. It is peaceful and relaxing, and the staff is friendly, highly skilled and atttentive ... making me feel cared for and nurtured. I especially appreicate Richard. He is incredibly talented and gifted and helps me get back into alignment and feeling better with every session! I also love the combination of infrared sauna and float before a massage. For me, Mystic Flow has been total mind, body, spirit care at it's best!
