• Adriana is amazing. I did a 30 minute infrared sauna, 30 mins float and a 30 mins ionic foot bath plus she had me use the hydro massage bed for 30 mins. The whole atmosphere is immediately calming. It was my first float, so it was a bit odd-definitely a restart button on your body and also sensory deprivation. Never did I feel scared and unsafe. The robes and towels they supply are so very soft. I fell asleep in the sauna. Which wasn't a bad thing ! The perks is that you are by yourself in the sauna and the float. And I was the only one In the relaxation room getting a ionic foot detox, but there is I believe 6 chairs. Adriana was very informative, polite and understanding. I had a fantastic experience. I'd like to do another foot detox and acupuncture soon. The ionic foot detox is pretty cool and gross at the same time. I slept like baby after a warm bath that night. And I do feel my joints are feeling better and my mind is clearer. I had my doubts about holistic approach but now I'm a believer and will return. Thank you so much mystic flow and Adriana !
