• Terri is super friendly, hospitable & flexible. She got me a float at the last minute. I was late too, and she was cool about it, and let me float for the full hour. She knows I have to drive an hour to get there. I love the spa environment, the cleanliness, the pretty sounds and the vibes of the place. I miss it when I'm not there
