Serene setting, clean and safe facility, nice accoutrements, modern float pods with several amenities for customizing the experience, various workshop and other offerings to enhance well-being, a tea room, relevant and very nicely chosen and priced items to buy to extend the experience, and best of all, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable staff.
