• It was such a nice environment, very relaxing and I went to get waxed for my first time and I was nervous but I had such a great experience and Hilary was amazing! Customer service was incredible. • Beautiful ambiance..didn't feel like an office at all...only reason didn't give a 10 is because the float tank light was stuck on red and wouldn't connect to my phones music
