• What a special find! We've been wanting to try this place for the last couple weeks and finally booked a session (couples sauna plus 2 60-minute floats). We also added the ionic foot soak to round out the visit. Adriana was such a wonderful hostess - welcoming us with a smile and positive energy immediately after we walked in, giving us a tour of the facility, and providing tips on the "how to" of floating (we're first timers). What an experience! We haven't experienced this level of relaxation in a long time. If you're debating on trying it out....stop thinking and DO IT! So glad Mystic Flow is here offering all of these services and experiences. Can't wait to return
