• Rachel, the instructor, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. The studio is warm and very welcoming. You will definitely feel as if you are getting a private session due to the size of the studio. Meaning, it gives the instructor more time to focus on her clients form as well as their strengths and weakness. I personally have been on the reformer since 2006. I have traveled and have been exposed to several different Pilates studios and versions of Pilates. I was impressed with this studio and the instructor!!
