• The only weird part was saying to text when you get there. It didn't give a number to text in the instructions, so I texted this number and got an error message. I ended up just calling but felt a little panicked as I didn't want it to affect my appointment time. I would recommend some seamless arrival protocol as it created anxiety for me not feeling solid in what was expected before entering the building. A text message with arrival instructions day before or if appointment would have made everything less stressful as I searched your website before leaving for instructions
