She really went the extra mile to understand the issues I was experiencing in my shoulders and worked with me to create a plan to address them. I was also very nervous because I have past trauma that makes having a massage challenging for me at times. She made me feel comfortable and at ease without even knowing how anxious I was. I will definitely be back to see Shama soon!
