  • The massage experience itself was excellent. Would have given a 10, but check-in experience was bad. Complying with the instructions to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of schedule, I arrived and sent a text indicating my arrival at 17 minutes before my appointment. I received no acknowledgment of my text so I tried calling at 5 minutes before my appointment and I was unable to reach anyone so I left a voice message. Only when I called again 5 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin did I reach someone who told me that I come in. So my appointment got off to a pretty late start. Delays are understandable but it would be great to be given notice that check in will be delayed and an estimate of how long the wait will be; otherwise, I'm not sure what the point of texting my arrival was? But the excellent experience after being let in made up for the initial hiccup.
  • Great massage. Wish there wasn't a requirement to wear mask when face down (I have a health condition that affects my heart, try to minimize mask use due to this since I've passed out from mask use). Massage therapist had a great solution which helped (heart rate still high but not to the point of dizziness)
  • Myo is clean, professional, and feels safe
