• Front office staff was perfectly adequate, but for a premium salon, for a first visit especially, I would prefer someone walk us back to the waiting area and offer us to help ourselves to tea rather than pointing in that general direction. I was quickly accommodated for an immediate walk-in over the phone and had a great experience with the masseuse (I still have relief today) and front office staff. I would prefer not to provide an email address, but nothing seemed optional. Please remove my email or change it to something else, like [email protected] if it's a required field. Thanks so much.
