• Amy was so skilled, so professional, and yet so personally empathetic and compassionate that I was crying before I got on the table. It was the first time in ages I'd felt safe enough to recognize how much I was hurting, and they restored me to a feeling of belonging in my body that I haven't known since before the pandemic. I've only had positive experiences at Myo, and Amy was beyond wonderful. I also want to encourage Myo to continue to hire trauma-informed massage therapists. I can't overstate how important that training is when you're a trauma survivor on the table.
