• This class is an incredible resource to the community. Feldenkrais is not always available in all communities. It's a niche practice in the world of fitness , therapy and meditation but it shouldn't be. We are very lucky that such an accomplished practitioner as Suzie Lundgren is available to Austinites and that Myo is making this specialty practice that provides so much benefit to the human body mind so accessible. I am a massage therapist and so understanding the nuances of the connection of my hands and arms to my shoulders and midline is so important to the longevity of my practice. Yesterdays class really gave me insight into the movement of my shoulder blade with the use of my arms. It opened up space for a shift in my movement patterns that is making my work not only more efficient but more pleasurable and connected to the kind of awareness I need to have to support others in their rehabilitation and renewal.
